This purchase is valid for 2 hours of remote support service during normal business hours Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm Pacific Time only. If this support is to be provided after hours, on weekends or holidays, you will need to add the after hours surcharge to your order.
While we always do our best to respond immediately to Remote support purchases and requests, all remote support services will be provided n order of receipt and according to availability.
All support is rounded to the nearest 15 minutes and unused rollover time is logged and usable for future incidents.
